1. Purpose: The student or consumer who intends to purchase the online courses offered on this website, by means of this contract, declares that he/she has the necessary legal capacity to enter into this contract.
  2. Use of the website: The student must fill in all the compulsory fields on this website in order to access the courses he/she intends to purchase. All information provided by the student must be truthful and accurate. To this effect, the student guarantees the authenticity of all his/her data.
  3. Payment terms: In return for the course purchased through the online sales contract, the student/consumer shall pay CLINALGIA, SL. the price through the means of payment offered through this website: credit or debit card, bank deposit or bank transfer and/or any other payment gateway included on the website.
  4. Price of the courses: The price of the courses is the price indicated on this website at the time of purchase, on the order form, except in the case of manifest error. The student may select on the order form the course for which he/she wishes to enrol and the total amount to be paid will be indicated on the order form. The amount indicated as the price of the products/services is established in Euros. Invoices will be sent by e-mail if requested by the student.
  5. Contracting process: Once accessing the order form, the student must follow the instructions indicated therein by completing each of the mandatory required fields.
  6. Course duration and payment: The courses given in online mode will have the following features:
    • They will have a duration of two to four months without breaks or extensions. During this period of time, the student/consumer will be able to access the course. Once this period has expired, the student will no longer have the right to access the course, and the contract will be understood to be automatically terminated due to expiry of the period, regardless of whether or not the student has accessed all the modules.
    • Once the student has paid the full course fee, he/she will be automatically enrolled in the course and will be able to access the course immediately. In this case, the two- or four-months duration of the course will begin to be effective from the same day of payment, as the activation of the course in these cases is automatic.
    • If payment for the course is made by bank deposit or bank transfer, the subscription to the course will be made when the bank deposit is confirmed, in which case CLINALGIA, SL will send an email to the student confirming the payment, the activation of the course, informing them that they can now access the course, and all the information necessary to start the course. In this case, the two- or four-month duration of the course will begin to be effective from the same day on which the email is sent informing the student of the subscription to the course and the details for accessing the course. In any case, the online course may not be downloaded or copied in any way or format by the student, who acknowledges the copyright of the course to CLINALGIA, SL.
  7. Contract Termination
    • Online courses: According to Article 103 (m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Consumer and User Protection Act and other complementary laws, students and consumers who purchase the provision of digital content without material support, as in the present case, will lose their right of withdrawal and will not have the right to withdraw from the online course purchase contract once the execution of the contract has begun. It shall be understood that the execution of the contract has begun once the student obtains the passwords to access the course. It shall be understood that by the mere fact of paying for the course and accessing the website, the student already possesses the passwords, being aware that he/she therefore loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
    • The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall extinguish the obligations of the parties to perform the contract.
    • The contractor shall reimburse any payment received from the consumer before the expiry of (14) calendar days from the date on which he has been informed within the legal time limit of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract, and shall make the reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly provided otherwise.
  8. Consent: By completing the different steps of the order form, the student/consumer declares his/her conformity and acceptance of the present General Contracting Terms and Conditions, as well as the rest of the legal conditions and privacy policy of this website.
  9. Applicable legislation: The sale and purchase of courses and these General Terms and Conditions shall be subject to Spanish law.
